-The Silicon Review-
Companies worldwide are reliant on emerging technologies to help them drive growth, innovation, strategy, and improve competitive advantage. Technology has become an inseparable part of business, and most of them could no longer survive without technology. It is hard even to imagine, how an organization of any size can even exist without technology. To improve the performance as well as the effectiveness of the systems, products, and services, technology is important. It provides security for businesses, and major advancements are keeping the businesses safe from thieves and hackers. Over the years, technology has become so integral that it is considered a basic necessity for businesses.
Humans4Help combines all the innovative technologies, including AI, Intelligent Automation, RPA, Machine Learning, NLP, Chatbots, towards customer needs, to make it frictionless to businesses. In conversation with Lila Benhammou, Founder and CEO of Humans4Help
Q. Consultants do not come with guarantees, so there is always a possibility that you might not achieve the results you had planned when you had hired them irrespective of the cost. How can businesses overcome this uncertainty?
The rule we saw in the business is that for each dollar spent in licenses, 4 to 6 $ is spent on services, so it can be cumbersome for businesses to get their RoI along with their learning curve on technologies. Our vision with Humans4help is completely different; we have a very innovative vision of what we call citizen developers that are CMO, CSO, and CPO with no knowledge in IT. Three pillars are key when it comes to technology: Processes (manual and unoptimized processes), People (no IT skills code), and Data (Data is everywhere and not categorized). We hire only very high profiles, and we engage our clients from the very beginning to optimize their learning curve. Moreover, Humans4help creates our Talent hub, which is our practice that trains key people through our best practices, and we borrow them to our clients to make them better on the way. That prevents our clients to not wrongly hire people that do not fit their scope. That is a real reality check to get the right resource on the customer side and master their learning curve.
Q. Strategic business consulting and planning is the process of creating a set of offensive and defensive business maneuvers designed to increase and keep a competitive advantage over your competition. How do help businesses stay ahead of the curve?
We enable CONVERGENCE OF DATA, PROCESS, and PEOPLE FOR FASTER BUSINESS & WORKFORCE OUTCOMES because no digital transformation is successful unless people’s full engagement is achieved. Data is for Democratizing data and analytics. Automation is for getting processes more effective. People are for upskilling them to make them autonomous on our intelligent platform because our success is measured by the autonomous clients to process their data themselves.
Q. How do you deal with the “never-ending change” in digital transformation?
Technology evolves very quickly, but within Humans4help, we are very much focused on business outcomes. We are not technology-driven but Data driven, and business outcomes-driven. What makes sense to our clients is to put ourselves in their shoes and look across the right prism that makes sense to them. Our role is to anticipate their needs and bring them Data-driven solutions to lift the Data weight on their shoulders without friction.
Q. Do you provide tailor-made solutions depending on the clients’ requirements?
We provide tailor-made solutions based on each client’s use cases. However, we got standardized solutions, but the last mile is always done based on customer scope and environment. Our ability to create more than 100 connectors on SaaS solutions like Salesforce, Sage, Kyriba, SAP, and Service now but also on legacy systems (AS400, IBMi, etc.) is key to replicate easily and scale. We like the idea of Start SMALL, think BIG and scale fast that allows our clients to get quick wins on our approach and scale with them.
Q. Do you have any new services ready to be launched?
Our intelligent automation platform is here to help our clients to get them right on the automation journey. The COVID-19 has accelerated the move to cloud offers from on-premise applications to cloud applications. We are about to release our’ Reporting as a Service’ that consists of automatically generating reporting or customer proposals tailored to clients. We did successfully help an insurance call center to generate automatically customer proposals for their 2000+ brokers to get tailored prospect proposals generated automatically without human intervention. That saves more than 90% of the time allocated to write customer proposals to brokers, and then the scale has been huge for this insurance. Brokers are spending much quality time with their clients and let our platform generate their customer proposals based on key elements we collected through customer-facing Chatbots we connected on their CRM systems. We are in the process of scaling this service to several banks and insurance clients to replicate the model.
